We keep the record of what got fixed: the kitchens, contracts and supply rooms where somebody solved a problem, with a link to the reporting behind every line. We find the operator who did it, check the facts against the source, date it and give them the credit, so the next operator can do it too.

Reading is open to everyone. When a company needs the same sourced record built into an answer for its own decision, that is the consulting side of the house, and it is described on our services page.
